Description explicite d’une famille de groupes de Kac-Moody affines
For each standard affine data satisfying some condition on the coroots, we define a group functor on the category of all rings which is a subgroup of some group functor R 7→ G(R[t, t−1])o T (R), where G is a Chevalley scheme and T is a torus. This functor is then shown to satisfy the conditions of the five axioms required by [Ti4] to be a ‘minimal’ Kac-Moody group.
متن کاملConcept de Famille de Méthodes : qu'en pensent les utilisateurs ?
Situational Methods Engineering aims to provide different approaches for constructing methods in function of projects on which they will be applied. One of the major issues in this area is to convince the professionals of the utility of such approaches. Indeed, companies are generally convinced that these approaches are too complex and too timeand resource-consuming. The method family concept h...
متن کاملEnfance, Jeunesse et Non-Religion: Vers un Programme de Recherche Sociale
Popular and academic interest in the phenomenon of ‘non-religion’, including atheism, humanism and agnosticism, is currently on the rise, reflected in the proliferation of social research on this important theme. Yet, despite a parallel growth in scholarship on childhood, youth and religion, little interest has so far been directed towards nonreligion in this context. This article brings togeth...
متن کاملConstruction d’un point fixe commun à une famille de contractions fermes
Abridged English Version – Let (Ti)i∈I be a countable family of firmly nonexpansive mappings on a real Hilbert space H [i.e., (1) holds] and let F denote their set of common fixed points, which is assumed to be nonempty. In this Note we consider the problem (P) of finding a point in F . This generic problem arises in many branches of applied mathematics, e.g., solving systems of variational ine...
